Refund Policy

1. Competition Registration Fees

Registration fees paid for competitions on 21SkillAdda are generally non-refundable.

Once a student successfully registers for a competition and the payment is confirmed, cancellation of participation, change of mind, absence from the competition, or failure to participate will not make the student eligible for a refund.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in genuine payment or registration-related cases after verification by the 21SkillAdda team.

• Duplicate Payment: The same student is charged more than once for the same competition due to a technical or payment gateway issue.
• Wrong Class Group Registration: A student accidentally registers in an incorrect class group and informs 21SkillAdda before participation or before the relevant competition process has started.
• Incorrect Duplicate Registration: The same participant is unintentionally registered more than once for the same competition and separate payments have been successfully completed.
• Payment Deducted but Registration Not Created: The student's payment is successfully deducted, but because of a verified technical failure, no valid registration is generated.

3. Wrong Class Group

If a student has selected the wrong class group, the student or parent should contact 21SkillAdda as soon as possible.

Wherever possible, instead of issuing a refund, 21SkillAdda may correct the student's class group or transfer the registration to the appropriate class category.

A refund will be considered only when correction or transfer is not possible and the request is approved after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not normally be provided in situations including:

• Student decides not to participate after registration.
• Student is absent on the competition date.
• Student changes their mind after making payment.
• Student fails to submit the required entry, video, artwork, document or other competition material within the deadline.
• Student is disqualified because competition rules were not followed.
• Incorrect information was entered by the participant, except where 21SkillAdda is able to correct it.
• Internet, device or technical issues occurring on the participant's side.

5. How to Request a Refund

For an eligible refund request, the student or parent should contact the 21SkillAdda support team and provide sufficient information to verify the transaction.

6. Verification & Approval

All refund requests are subject to verification by the 21SkillAdda team.

Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. The request will be reviewed against registration, transaction and payment gateway records before approval.

7. Refund Processing

Once an eligible refund is approved, it will normally be initiated to the original payment method used during the transaction.

After initiation, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or UPI service provider.

8. Courses & Learning Programs

For paid Skill Learning, School Learning, Test Series, Practice Sets or other digital learning products, refund eligibility may depend on the specific program.

Once digital content, classes, tests or learning material have been accessed or activated, the amount may be non-refundable unless there is a verified duplicate payment or technical transaction error.

9. Cancellation by 21SkillAdda

If a paid competition or program is cancelled by 21SkillAdda and no suitable alternative is provided, eligible participants may receive a refund or another appropriate resolution communicated by the 21SkillAdda team.
